Return/Refund Policy
I will do my best to assist you with the items you have received. If you need help with your order, please let me know within one week of receiving it. I will attempt to resolve any issues before processing a refund or return. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse. If your items are damaged during transit, please get in touch with me directly to discuss the best option for a replacement.

​For book orders: All sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged through my website. You can also find my books on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target, Walmart, and other online retailers.
*Bookstores/Booksellers: If you are a representative of a bookstore looking to order large quantities, please email directly, there are different terms for bookstores*

Custom Orders: Before processing your custom order, I will take the necessary steps to ensure that it meets your requirements. Before shipment, I will provide a video of the product. Please be aware that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For handmade jewelry: If jump rings or hooks come apart within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase, I will fix them free of charge. You may exchange jewelry for equal value if it has not been worn and is not damaged by you within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact me first, and you will have to mail the item back to me at your expense. All jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

For home décor, custom-made games, or house accessories, please reach out if there is a problem with your product.
Clearance items are final sales, non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
